Selling on Leroy Merlin Marketplace

Poland’s largest DIY marketplace. List your home, garden and renovation range in the Leroy Merlin network.

Author: Iwona Lewanczyk Rompca · co-founder of Commercraft, e-commerce and marketplace specialist · updated: June 2026

Leroy Merlin launched a marketplace in Poland on Mirakl technology, within the ADEO group. The Marketplace terms apply from 7 April 2025, and the platform went live at the end of Q2 2025. In January 2026 it carried close to half a million products from around 240 verified sellers, 139 of them international and 101 local.

For manufacturers and distributors in home, garden, building and renovation, it means access to one of the strongest DIY brands in Poland, and to the traffic on leroymerlin.pl. We take you through verification, shape the offer to the requirements, GPSR and EAN codes among them, and run sales in the Mirakl panel. Integration is possible through Mirakl, Baselinker, a file or the API.

One thing to note: every platform runs its own, often selective, qualification of sellers and decides on its own whether to accept an offer. We help you meet the requirements, prepare and submit the application correctly, and run the process. We cannot guarantee acceptance onto a given platform, because that decision belongs to its operator.

Return rates aren’t measured officially in the EU and methodologies differ; on average around 20% of orders, higher in fashion. Indicative data as of June 2026. Portugal is the sixth market, but we do not show a card for it because we have no verified data for it. Each market has its own seller registration, and the Polish marketplace ships only within Poland.

What we do on Leroy Merlin

Verification and KYC

We take you through seller verification and registration on Leroy Merlin. Company details, tax and VAT numbers, and how well your range fits the home, garden and renovation profile. We keep an eye on requirements such as GPSR and EAN codes so the application goes through smoothly.

Listings and the product feed

We build the catalogue and the feed to Mirakl’s requirements: attributes, variants, technical parameters and EAN codes. We tidy your product data so offers are complete, easy to find and ready to publish.

Content and rich media

We prepare descriptions, photos and rich media that help people choose products for the home, the garden and renovation projects. Parameters, uses, instructions. We match the content to Leroy Merlin’s standards and to what the customer needs.

Integration through Mirakl

We connect your system to the Leroy Merlin Mirakl panel: offers, stock and orders kept in sync, with the data flow automated. That makes day-to-day work repeatable, faster and less prone to error.

Logistics and fulfilment (FBM)

We set the shipping in the FBM model, where the seller covers the delivery cost. The returns process goes with it. We set costs, lead times and logistics standards for DIY goods, including bulky items.

Running and improving the account

We can also run your account day to day: monitoring sales, prices and quality metrics, reacting to changes and improving the offer. The goal is for Leroy Merlin’s share of your revenue to keep growing.

How the collaboration works, step by step

1

Checking the fit

We set your range against the platform’s categories and cost the courier delivery across Poland, bulky items included.

2

Application and verification

The "Become a Marketplace seller" form, the company register entry, tax and VAT numbers, and a declaration that you handle after-sales.

3

Catalogue and content

A feed built for the panel’s requirements: attributes, variants, EAN codes, GPSR data, photos and copy written for someone in the middle of a renovation.

4

Integration and logistics

We connect your system to the panel through Base.com, a file or the API, and set the carriers, lead times and the returns process.

5

Running the account

Prices, offers, account quality metrics and the response to changes in the category, with a monthly report.

Who this service is for

We work with manufacturers and distributors who have a ready DIY range and want to sell under a recognised retail brand, without building a shop of their own from scratch. We change the most where:

Your catalogue sits in the platform’s categories: garden, tools, lighting, bathroom, flooring, building materials or furniture.

The company is entered in the commercial register, and every product has an EAN and the data the GPSR requires.

Your margin carries courier delivery across Poland, bulky items included, because deliveries run within the country only.

Someone can take a complaint and a return, because the customer writes to the seller.

What selling on Leroy Merlin costs

Leroy Merlin publishes no price list for sellers. You get the commercial terms and the fee table after verification, and they are settled by ADEO Marketplace Services, the operator of the platform. The chain’s Polish company is not a party here. That is why we do not state a commission rate as a fact.

Whether the channel pays off for your range is something you can work out in the ROI calculator: enter revenue, margin, commission and shipping cost.

In practice

Before you count the commission, count the shipping. On Leroy Merlin the seller covers the delivery, and a DIY catalogue means boards, doors, baths and other things a courier does not carry in a parcel. With bulky goods, transport can be a bigger line in the bill than the platform’s fees.
