Selling on Modivo Marketplace
A 3P fashion marketplace (MODIVO Group, formerly CCC) with a pay-when-you-earn model. We bring clothing, footwear and lifestyle brands onto Modivo.
Author: Artur Rompca · co-founder of Commercraft, over 10 years in e-commerce · updated: June 2026
Modivo operates a 3P marketplace for fashion and lifestyle categories (part of the MODIVO Group, known as CCC until February 2026, alongside eobuwie.pl). The pay-when-you-earn model means the only mandatory cost is a commission on sales, with no subscription or listing fees. For clothing, footwear and accessories brands, it offers access to a platform with international ambitions and recognition in the premium segment. We help you join Modivo, align your offer with fashion’s high presentation standards and run sales with a focus on profitability and service quality.
Related services: integration and automation, content and rich media, pricing strategy.
Note: every platform runs its own, often selective, seller qualification and decides independently whether to accept an offer. We help you meet the requirements, prepare and submit the application properly and manage the process, but we cannot guarantee acceptance, because that decision belongs to the operator.

What we do on Modivo
Onboarding and registration
We assess your brand's potential on Modivo, complete the application for the marketplace team and guide you through registration in the seller panel. We show you how to meet the standards for photos, descriptions and service, so you pass onboarding.
Listings and the product feed

Content and product photo shoots
We prepare descriptions and content, and advise on product photo shoots, which in fashion drive conversion. We look after a consistent, premium brand image in line with Modivo's aesthetic and requirements.
Integration and automation
We connect offers, stock and orders to your system (ERP, PIM or store). We automate the data flow and updates, cutting manual work and the risk of errors that come with fashion's fast-moving stock.
Logistics and returns
We design your shipping model and returns handling, and in fashion returns are especially frequent. We help set up processes so orders and returns run quickly and cost-effectively, meeting the platform's standards.

Every product has an EAN code, a size chart and colour variants, or they can be completed quickly.
Photos and descriptions are at the level fashion presentation demands, or the brand is ready to prepare them.

The pay-when-you-earn model
The only mandatory cost is a commission on sales, with no subscription or listing fees. Modivo doesn’t publish its rates, and integrators quote 7-16% depending on the category.
300+ sellers
In early 2024 more than 300 sellers and brands were active on Modivo, and monthly marketplace sales were above PLN 10 million. These are the latest figures the company has made public.
Three marketplace markets
The Modivo marketplace for third-party sellers runs in three countries: Poland (since October 2022), Italy (since 2023) and Czechia (since July 2024).
Sources: ChannelEngine - a commission of 7-16% by category, with no subscription or set-up fee (September 2026); MODIVO Platform - more than 300 sellers and brands and monthly marketplace sales above PLN 10 million (as of early 2024); our guide How to start selling on the Modivo marketplace (in Polish) and Omnichannel News - the marketplace markets (Poland since October 2022, Italy since 2023, Czechia since July 2024). What selling on Modivo costs
Modivo calls its model pay-when-you-earn: the only mandatory cost is a commission on sales, with no subscription and no listing fees. The rate depends on the category: integrators quote 7% to 16% of order value, and your Modivo partner manager confirms the binding terms.
The second item in the calculation is logistics: the shipping model and returns handling, and in fashion returns are especially frequent. We count the cost of handling a return together with the commission, before we set the price.
Whether the channel pays off for your range is something you can work out in the ROI calculator: enter revenue, margin, commission and shipping cost.
In practice
Commission is not the whole cost of the channel. Returns in fashion are especially frequent and the seller handles them, so we set the minimum margin threshold with the cost of handling a return already inside it, not after the first month of selling.
Client successes on Modivo
Anonymised projects, described by what changed and what came of it:
- a premium lingerie label from Łódź: hand-sewn lingerie from a small studio, in a channel where product presentation matters.
