Selling on Black Red White (BRW Marketplace)
A curated home and garden marketplace run by one of the largest furniture producers in Poland. You sell your range next to Black Red White’s own, on a shelf the retailer selects.
Author: Artur Rompca · co-founder of Commercraft, over 10 years in e-commerce · updated: September 2026
Black Red White opened its marketplace in the summer of 2023 and now sells third-party ranges in home and garden next to its own furniture. The platform runs on Mirakl, with product data synchronised from a Pimcore catalogue built for it in 2023.
2025 was the year it stopped being an experiment. 330 active sellers listed more than 600,000 products across over 1,200 categories, gross merchandise value and orders both grew by over 65% (brw.pl/marketplace, 2025 data), and the marketplace now accounts for 43% of everything Black Red White sells online.
For a producer or distributor of furniture, decor and furnishings that means a selected shelf rather than an open one. Black Red White picks the sellers it wants, and commissions are agreed case by case rather than published. We take you through that selection, connect the catalogue and run the account afterwards.
Countries where the platform is active: Poland.
Related services: integration and automation, content and rich media, pricing strategy.
Note: every platform runs its own, often selective, seller qualification and decides independently whether to accept an offer. We help you meet the requirements, prepare and submit the application properly and manage the process, but we cannot guarantee acceptance, because that decision belongs to the operator.
How we can support you on BRW
Qualification and registration
Black Red White selects its partners, so the first question is whether your range complements what it already sells rather than competing with it head on. We assess that honestly, complete the documents and take you through registration and verification. The decision to admit a seller belongs to Black Red White; our part is a submission that does not come back with questions.
Listings and the product feed
We build a correct catalogue and feed to Mirakl's requirements: attributes, variants, dimensions, EAN codes and categorisation. We organise your product data so offers are complete, searchable and ready for quick publication. Where the data is in good shape we publish tens and sometimes hundreds of offers a day, and we can tell you how fast your catalogue will move before the engagement starts.
Content and rich media
We prepare descriptions, photos and rich media that support sales in the Home and Garden category: dimensions, materials, colours and arrangements. Your listings have to read like Polish. Furniture copy is full of terms that machine output gets wrong. We are an international team, so every page goes through a second, human pass before it goes live.
Integration through Mirakl
We connect your system to the Mirakl panel behind Black Red White: offers, stock and orders in sync, with the catalogue mapped onto the platform categories. We work with your ERP or PIM, or with Base.com, still widely known by its old name Baselinker and the tool most Polish sellers run their orders on. One of our team worked at Mirakl, so we know the panel from the operator side as well as the seller side.
Logistics and service
We design your shipping model plus returns and complaints handling to the platform's requirements. We advise on the carriers worth using for furniture and on the rates you can realistically negotiate with them and with 3PL providers. Bulky items are where a badly set delivery cost quietly eats the margin on every order.
Account management and optimisation
We run the account day to day: sales, prices and quality metrics, plus responses to reviews and to shifts in the category. This is not optional upkeep. Marketplaces built on Mirakl measure dispatch punctuality and seller rating, and an offer that falls below the threshold is pulled from the listing rather than demoted. Our focus is growing the share Black Red White takes of your revenue.
How the collaboration works, step by step
Fit check
We set your range against the home and garden profile and price courier delivery across Poland, including furniture-sized parcels.
Application and verification
Black Red White’s seller form, company documents and VAT number. The retailer reviews the range and decides whether it fits the shelf.
Catalogue and content
A feed built to the Mirakl panel’s requirements: attributes, variants, EAN, GPSR data, photos and Polish copy checked by a person.
Integration and logistics
Your system connected to the panel through Base.com or API, carriers, lead times and returns handling set up.
Running the account
Prices, offers, quality metrics and reaction to changes in the category, with a monthly report.
Who this service is for
We work with producers and distributors who have a ready home and garden range and want to sell it under a recognised retail brand, without building a shop of their own. We change most where:
Your range sits in furniture, decor, lighting, textiles, garden or storage rather than competing head on with Black Red White’s own furniture.
Every product has an EAN and the data GPSR requires, or it can be completed quickly.
Your margin covers courier delivery across Poland, including bulky items.
You can handle customer service and returns in Polish, because returns go to the seller.

In 2025 the marketplace grew gross merchandise value and orders by over 65% year on year, with 330 active sellers listing more than 600,000 products across over 1,200 categories.
~3m visits a month
brw.pl is one of the largest home and garden stores in Poland, with around 3 million visits a month. The marketplace already accounts for 43% of everything Black Red White sells online, so third-party ranges are not a side experiment on this site.
A brand of 30+ years
Black Red White is one of the largest furniture producers in Poland, with more than 30 years behind it, around a fifth of the domestic market, 10 factories, 69 of its own stores and sales into more than 40 export markets.
Sources: brw.pl/marketplace (active sellers, products, categories, share of online sales, GMV and order growth, 2025 data, read September 2026), Black Red White marketplace results for 2025 as reported by the furniture trade press on 11 February 2026, Black Red White press announcement on the marketplace launch (2023); Ideo Software on the Mirakl and Pimcore implementation, 29 August 2023.
How the BRW marketplace works
Black Red White launched the marketplace in the summer of 2023 on Mirakl, with a Pimcore catalogue feeding it, and opened it to outside sellers in home and garden. Its own furniture stays on the same site, which is the part worth understanding before you apply.
The shelf is selected. Ranges that complement the core furniture offer get in: decor, lighting, textiles, garden, storage and furnishing accessories. A range that competes directly with what Black Red White manufactures has a harder case to make. In 2025 that model turned into over 65% growth in gross merchandise value and 43% of the retailer’s online sales.
In practice
Commissions are not published. They are agreed per seller and per category during onboarding, so the terms you get depend on what you bring to the catalogue. You remain the seller: you invoice the buyer, ship the order and handle returns, while Black Red White supplies the traffic, the brand and the payment flow.

Other marketplaces we run
Black Red White is rarely the only channel. Alongside it we run Allegro, Poland’s dominant marketplace and the local equivalent of Amazon, plus Amazon, Kaufland, Empik, eMAG, Erli, Zalando, Modivo, Media Expert, MediaMarkt, Super-Pharm, Douglas, Decathlon, Castorama, Leroy Merlin, OBI, XXXLutz, home24, bol.com, Temu and TikTok Shop, in Poland and across Europe.
