E-commerce integrators in Poland: Base.com, Apilo, IdoSell and the rest

A good e-commerce integrator is the foundation of multichannel sales. We compare Base.com, Apilo, IdoSell and other solutions.

In brief

An integrator connects your marketplaces, online shop, warehouse and shipping in one panel. Without one, selling on several platforms means manual listing and stock levels that drift apart.

In Poland the largest is Base.com (formerly Baselinker), alongside Apilo, Sellasist, xSale, SellIntegro and IdoSell, each with a different profile and a different way of counting the plan limit.

Your choice depends on scale and on the systems you already run: ERP, invoicing, warehouse. Test on a real sales channel and a real warehouse.

Selling on several marketplaces at once without an integrator means listing offers by hand, stock levels that drift apart and retyping orders. An integrator connects your sales channels, warehouse and shipping in one system. Below you will find what it does, how to choose the right one and what the tools available in Poland cost in September 2026.

What an e-commerce integrator is

An integrator links your sales channels (marketplaces, online shop) with your operations: warehouse, orders, shipping and invoicing. You work in one panel instead of logging in to five, and stock, prices and orders synchronise on their own. In Poland it is also called an “OMS” (order management system), or simply “Baselinker”, after the most popular tool.

What an e-commerce integrator gives you day to day

  • one place: orders from every channel in a single panel,
  • stock synchronisation: no more overselling or offers without stock behind them,
  • bulk listing: hundreds of offers from one catalogue instead of manual work,
  • automation: invoices, labels, statuses and notifications run on their own,
  • couriers and accounting: the whole process in one flow.

The Polish market for e-commerce integrators

Poland has one of the most developed integrator markets in Europe, largely thanks to Allegro, the largest marketplace in Poland, which pushed sellers towards automation earlier than Western marketplaces did. The biggest player is Base.com, known as Baselinker until May 2025: more than 30,000 businesses, over 2000 integrations and operations in 14 countries (source: base.com, 17.09.2026). Alongside it you will find several tools with clearly different profiles, from ERP connectors to shop platforms with their own marketplace module. There is plenty of choice, and the right one depends on what your business already runs on.

E-commerce integrator reviews: what users complain about

Base.com has the most public reviews, and opinion is divided. On Trustpilot it scores 2.2 out of 5 from nearly 700 ratings: 57% are one star and 36% five stars (as of 17.09.2026). The criticism is almost entirely about pricing: three price rises since 2024, and no way back to a cheaper plan once you cross the Enterprise threshold. Users praise its stability, the number of integrations and fast support; Base says it answers 80% of tickets within 15 minutes (sources: trustpilot.com/review/baselinker.com, 17.09.2026; base.com/blog, 4.08.2026).

The other tools have too few public reviews to draw conclusions from. You learn more by testing them on your own data: Base.com offers a 14-day trial, Apilo 21 days, Sellasist 30 days. Connect a real sales channel and a real warehouse during the trial, because the differences only show up in stock synchronisation and returns handling. Your first live offer tells you nothing yet.

How to choose the right e-commerce integrator

The right choice depends on your scale and on the systems you already have. Check:

  • whether it integrates with the channels you sell on now and those you plan to enter within a year,
  • whether it connects to your ERP and invoicing software without an extra connector,
  • how the plan limit is counted: orders only (Base.com) or active offers too (Apilo, SellIntegro),
  • how far its automation goes and whether it can run your warehouse (WMS) or repricing,
  • whether it supports foreign expansion and marketplaces in DACH,
  • what support looks like: contact channel, hours, response time.

E-commerce integrators and PL→DACH expansion

An integrator shows its full value when you enter German-speaking markets: you serve additional marketplaces and countries from the same stock and the same panel. Adding a platform comes down to configuration and category mapping, so the barrier to a new market drops. We cover the tools that lead on the German side in our article E-commerce integrators in DACH.
