One of the world’s largest furniture retailers, with a home & living marketplace across the DACH region. We take your interiors brand into the XXXLutz group.

XXXLutz is an international furniture group with more than 400 stores in 13 countries and revenue of around 6.4 billion euros, growing its online sales (including XXXLutz, Mömax, Möbelix, Lesnina and home24) and a home & living marketplace. If you sell furniture, decor or furnishings, this is a route into one of Europe’s largest furniture organisations. We help you qualify, localise offers and integrate, with a focus on the requirements of German-speaking markets: language, VAT registration and EU-based logistics.

Countries where the platform is active: Europe, primarily DACH (Austria, Germany).

Related services: integration and automation, content and rich media, pricing strategy.

Note: each platform runs its own, often selective, seller qualification and decides independently whether to accept an offer. We help you meet the requirements, prepare and submit the application and manage the process, but we cannot guarantee acceptance, because that decision belongs to the operator.

What we do on XXXLutz

Qualification and application

We assess the potential of your offer on the XXXLutz marketplace, complete the application and guide you through qualification. We show you how to meet the quality requirements for product range, service and delivery reliability across the DACH markets.

Listings and the product feed

We build the catalogue and feed to the platform's requirements: every required attribute, variants and EAN codes. We organise your product data so offers are complete, consistent and ready to publish in German-speaking markets.

Translation and localization

We localise descriptions and content into the languages of your target markets (German above all) and align them with local customer expectations. We keep your brand consistent and the home & living terminology correct in every country.

Integration through Mirakl

We connect your system (such as Base.com or an ERP) to the Mirakl panel: synchronised offers, stock and orders, and an automated flow of data. This makes your marketplace operations repeatable, faster and less error-prone.

Logistics and returns

We design your shipping model from an EU warehouse, including returns handling, to match the expectations of the DACH markets. We help set delivery costs, lead times and standards, including for furniture and bulky items.

Account management and optimization

We can also run the account day to day: monitoring sales, prices and quality metrics, responding to changes, and optimising your offers and exposure. We focus on steadily growing XXXLutz's share of your revenue.

How the collaboration works, step by step

1

Checking the fit

Furniture, lighting and decor match the group's home & living profile. Factor in shipping to Germany and Austria, with furniture going as freight.

2

Application and verification

Application to XXXLutz Marketplace: company seat, warehouse and bank account in the EU, a German VAT number or OSS, payment verification through Adyen. The platform decides on admission itself.

3

Catalogue and content

A feed built to the Mirakl panel's requirements: attributes, variants, an EAN for every product, GPSR data, photos and copy in German.

4

Integration and logistics

We connect your system to the panel through Base.com, the API or an integrator such as Tradebyte or ChannelEngine, and set up shipping from an EU warehouse and returns handling.

5

Running the account

Prices, offers, account quality metrics and reaction to changes in the category, with a monthly report.

Who this service is for

We work with manufacturers and distributors who have a ready home & living range and want to sell under the brand of one of Europe's largest furniture retail groups without building a team in Germany.

Your catalogue sits in furniture, lighting, decor or home accessories.

Every product has an EAN and the data the GPSR requires, or they can be added quickly.

Company seat, warehouse and bank account are in the EU, and the margin carries furniture shipping to Germany and Austria.

Customer service runs in German, and returns within 30 days are free for the buyer, as the platform requires.

A marketplace on Mirakl

XXXLutz is growing its home & living marketplace on Mirakl technology (according to integration materials), giving partners access to customers across the DACH region. source: integration materials

What selling on XXXLutz costs

XXXLutz does not publish its commission rates. Applying is free and non-binding; the commercial terms, including a category-dependent commission, come after verification, in the contract with the marketplace operator (source: xxxlutz.de/c/marketplace, September 2026). On your side remain freight shipping of furniture to Germany and Austria, free 30-day returns for buyers and German-language content.

The ROI calculator shows whether the channel pays for your range: enter revenue, margin, commission and shipping cost and read the result in euros.

In practice

With furniture, shipping decides the result. Before you look at the commission, check the freight rate to Germany and the cost of a return: with bulky items they are more often the largest line in the calculation than the platform's commission.
