Base.com integration for marketplace sales
Base.com is the backbone of marketplace operations in Poland. This Polish integrator is a market leader in Poland and across CEE, but remains little known elsewhere. We configure it so your orders, stock levels and invoices run automatically, with no copy-and-paste work.

With a handful of offers you can manage them by hand. With a few hundred, one stock error means overselling and a cancellation that damages your account metrics, and those feed straight into how visible your offers are. That’s why integration isn’t a convenience. It’s the condition for scaling safely.
Base.com brings together orders from every channel, stock levels, prices and invoicing in one place. We configure it around your specific process, because a producer with one warehouse works differently from a distributor with several suppliers and dropshipping.
What we configure
Base.com integration
We connect your sales channels to Base.com in one consistent order flow. We configure it around your range and your processes.
Catalog sync (producer API)
We connect your producer's or wholesaler's API so the catalogue and stock update automatically. You never sell what's no longer on the shelf.
Automatic invoicing
We set up automatic invoicing (for example with wFirma) so every order generates a document without you touching it. Less manual work means fewer accounting mistakes.
Real-time stock levels
We sync stock between your warehouse and every channel almost instantly. More often than not, that's what saves you from overselling at peak times.
Base.com Connect (B2B module)
We launch the B2B module for your distributors: your own wholesale channel within the same integration. Retail and wholesale, organised in one place.
How we work
1. Process audit
We map how orders, stock and invoices currently flow between your channels, warehouse and accounting. Without this, an integration only cements the mess.
2. Product and warehouse mapping
We match SKUs, variants and warehouses to your listings on each platform. This is where you decide whether one source can safely feed many offers.
3. Configuration and automation rules
We set up channel integrations, stock buffers and automation rules (statuses, prices, labels) around your process.
4. Testing and launch
We test the flow on real orders before switching everything live. We catch the errors before your customers and the platforms do.
5. Optimization and support
After launch we monitor and fine-tune the rules, because processes and product ranges change. The integration has to hold up at sales peaks too.
What really needs watching
- Sync frequency. Stock that syncs too rarely during a promotion means overselling and cancellations. We match the interval and buffers to how fast your stock moves.
- One SKU, many offers. Bundles, variants and multipacks quickly knock stock out of line if the mapping is superficial.
- Rules that do harm. Badly configured automation can change prices en masse or close your offers.
Who it's for and what you gain
What the Base.com ecosystem gives you
Base.com is an operating system for e-commerce: one panel instead of a dozen tools. As a Base.com partner, we launch and configure the modules you actually need and show you how to get the most out of them:
- OMS for order management. One order queue from your online store, Allegro, Amazon and Empik, with custom statuses plus automatic invoices, labels and messages.
- WMS for the warehouse. Goods-in with scanning and shelf suggestions, a packing assistant, and variants and returns (RMA) handled in one place.
- PIM for the product catalogue. A single source of truth for SKUs, separate descriptions per channel and language, bulk edits and AI support.
- ERP for stock, prices and documents. Control of stock and prices, warehouse documents and invoices, strict SKU control and multi-warehouse support.
- Integrations, more than 2,000 ready to use. Marketplaces, stores, couriers and payments in one panel, maintained and updated by Base.
- AI for e-commerce. Category matching, attribute auto-fill, product descriptions in many languages, photo background removal and bulk operations.
- Repricing and price automation. Real-time competitor monitoring, fighting for the Buy Box and margin protection with minimum thresholds.
- Base Analytics. Sales and profitability reports, margins, returns analysis, filters per channel and country.
- Base Connect for B2B sales. Wholesale supplier-seller collaboration, dropshipping, stock and price sync, trade credit.
- Base Paczka. Shipping from the panel with no contracts or subscription, domestic and international, across all the key carriers.
- Responso for customer service. Every message in one panel with AI support, an autoresponder and a shorter time to first reply.
Scale you can rely on: more than 30,000 companies use Base.com, and the system handles orders from 180 countries and 200 million active listings (source: Base.com).
Integration pays back fastest when you have dozens or hundreds of offers on more than one channel, sell both retail and wholesale, or are scaling your catalogue. In practice, you gain less manual work, fewer cancellations and stock errors, calm during sales peaks, and time you can give to your product instead of admin.
Base.com at a glance (vendor’s own description)
Base.com describes itself as a “Commerce Process Orchestration and Operations Platform” for managing marketplace orders and shipments in one place.
The platform bundles several modules: Order Manager, Product Manager, Marketplace Manager, warehouse management (WMS), shipping management, price automation (repricing), workflow automation, AI for e-commerce, plus Base Analytics and Base Connect for B2B collaboration.
Our take: these are exactly the modules we configure for your sales on Allegro, Amazon and Kaufland, from listing and repricing to automated invoicing.
