A boutique agency built by practitioners
Commercraft is a boutique e-commerce and marketplace agency built by practitioners, people who do not just know the marketplace world but help shape it. Our team brings experience from both sides of the table: the seller’s side and the platform operator’s side. We treat every project as our own business.
Why us
Practitioners, not just theorists
We have managed e-commerce across 26 markets and multiple European platforms in parallel. This is hands-on work from real operations.
A view from both sides of the table
We know how marketplace operators think because we have worked with them directly. We understand seller selection logic and how commission structures work.
Cross-border sales
We help companies grow their digital sales beyond their home market, in both directions. We know the regulations, what consumers expect and how logistics work across DACH, CEE and Benelux.
A partnership, not an hourly invoice
We work as partners. Your results matter to us because our success depends on yours.
What the team has done
Before Commercraft, our team ran e-commerce operations at enterprise scale:
- Managing e-commerce across 26 European markets in parallel, from coordinating promotions to harmonising prices.
- Running operations in an e-commerce business generating more than PLN 1 billion (about €230 m) in revenue a year.
- Helping build a brand’s strategy and growth from its first day to PLN 16 million (about €3.7 m) in annual revenue within three years.
- Years of work with marketplace operators across DACH, CEE and Benelux. We know the decision-makers at many platforms personally and have sat on conference panels with them, giving us insight into their operating models, seller selection logic and commission mechanics.
This is enterprise-scale e-commerce experience, now available as a boutique agency that gives every client individual attention.
Commercraft itself was founded in 2022 and is registered in Żukowo near Gdańsk, Poland. The team works with clients across Poland, DACH, CEE and Benelux.
How we work
Every engagement starts with the catalogue. In the first month we list your products on the agreed platforms, with descriptions, photos and data mapping in Base.com (formerly Baselinker) or in the system you already use.
Over the next two months we tidy up the account data: we fill in attributes, fix offers rejected at review and refine whatever needed quick decisions at launch. After that, a dedicated account manager takes over the account. They know your range and are your first point of contact.
We stick to three principles:
- we work in your tools, so the accounts, data and access stay with you,
- you have a fixed team you know by name,
- we measure rather than promise: we agree the metrics at the start and report regularly on how they move.

The full list is on the platforms page, and examples of the work are in our case studies.
