Commercraft is a marketplace agency founded in Poland in 2022. It runs accounts for manufacturers and brands on Amazon, Zalando, Kaufland and other European marketplaces. The team currently manages more than 17 brands on 17 platforms, including Amazon.de, Zalando, Kaufland, home24 and Decathlon.

Your contact speaks English and fluent German, and your accounts, data and logins always stay with you.

What marketplace management covers

Catalogue and product data

Every marketplace has its own categories, mandatory attributes and rules for product copy. Your products go live on each platform with the right category, complete attributes and their own description. Your account manager fixes rejected offers before they cost you sales.

Pricing and the Buy Box

Your account manager watches your prices, the Buy Box and competing offers, and proposes changes with your margin in mind. The pricing decision stays with you.

Marketplace advertising

Commercraft runs campaigns on Amazon and Zalando directly. Google and Meta ads run with a specialist partner, while Commercraft sets the targets and reviews the results every week.

Customer service and returns

If you wish, the team answers customer questions, handles returns and passes complaints to the right person in your company.

Reporting

You agree the KPIs at the start. From then on you see revenue, margin, ad spend and your best products per channel in your own dashboard.

More countries

Kaufland, Zalando and Amazon sell in several European countries. Commercraft prepares translations, prices and the paperwork for each new market, Poland included.

How the cooperation works

1. Catalogue in month one

Your products go live on the agreed platforms, with descriptions, photos and data mapping in your own system.

2. Data clean-up in months two and three

The team fills in missing attributes and fixes offers stuck in the platform review.

3. A dedicated account manager

One account manager takes over your account. They look after four clients at most and know your range, and a colleague stands in when needed.

4. Weekly check-in

Once a week you go through the numbers, stock, prices and next steps together.

5. More channels and countries

Once the first channel runs smoothly, you add marketplaces or countries within the same process.

Who it is for

  • Brands that sell on Amazon and want to add Zalando or Kaufland.
  • Companies whose marketplace manager is leaving and whose daily operations cannot stop.
  • Fashion brands in the Zalando Partner Program that want to steer size availability, range and campaigns.

Results from live accounts

Diverse on Zalando. Commercraft opened the German channel in June 2026. Almost 350 products for Germany went live within one week. Since the end of July, almost half of the brand’s Zalando revenue has come from Germany.

Catering equipment on Amazon. The Buy Box was won within two to three days, orders started on day four, and the product sold out within a week.

A cosmetics brand on Amazon in four countries. In France, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium, sales grew from 11 to more than 100 units a week within four weeks.

More examples are in our case studies.

What it costs

Starting with one marketplace in one country and around 100 newly listed SKUs a month costs €900 a month plus 2% commission on channel revenue, or €1,600 a month without commission. Full marketplace management across several channels and countries usually costs between €2,200 and €6,000 a month.

Commercraft adjusts every tier to your budget and expectations. The details are on marketplace management pricing.
