Douglas runs its marketplace on Mirakl in a partner model: Douglas remains the seller of record while partners supply the assortment. The platform operates in key markets: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, France and Italy (the group is also present in Switzerland and Belgium).
Douglas works with more than 200 partners and around 3,000 brands, offering over 200,000 products. For beauty and premium brands, this means a prestigious setting and access to loyal customers. One logistics note: in Germany and Poland, shipping runs exclusively via DHL, within 1-3 working days.
Related services: integration and automation, content and rich media, pricing strategy.

Note: each platform runs its own, often selective, seller qualification and decides independently whether to accept an offer. We help you meet the requirements, prepare and submit the application properly, and manage the process, but we cannot guarantee acceptance, as that decision belongs to the operator.

What we do on Douglas
Verification and KYC
We guide you through Douglas partner verification and registration: company data, NIP and VAT, and matching your range to the beauty profile of cosmetics, dermocosmetics and perfume. We monitor requirements such as GPSR and EAN codes so the application goes through smoothly.
Listings and the product feed
We build the catalogue and feed to Mirakl's requirements: attributes, variants, volumes and EAN codes. We organise your product data so offers are complete, searchable and ready to publish.
Content and rich media
We prepare descriptions, photos and rich media that build desire: ingredients, benefits and how to use. We match the content to Douglas's standards and the expectations of the premium customer.
Integration through Mirakl
We connect your system to the Douglas Mirakl panel: synchronised offers, stock and orders, and an automated flow of data. Operations become repeatable, faster and less error-prone.
Logistics and service (FBM)
We design the shipping model for Douglas's markets. In Germany and Poland, deliveries run exclusively through DHL within 1-3 days, and we set up your processes to meet that requirement.
Account management and optimization
We can also run the account day to day: monitoring sales, prices and quality metrics, responding to changes and optimising your offer. Our focus is steadily growing Douglas's share of your revenue.
How the collaboration works, step by step
Checking the fit
We set your range against the beauty profile, that is cosmetics, dermocosmetics and fragrance, and we cost the shipping to the markets you choose.
Application and verification
The Douglas partner form, company details, tax and VAT numbers. Douglas runs a selective qualification and decides on its own whether to accept an offer.
Catalogue and content
A feed built for the Mirakl panel: attributes, variants, volumes, EAN codes, GPSR data, plus photos and copy written for a premium customer.
Integration and logistics
We connect your system to the Douglas panel through Base.com or an API. In Germany and Poland shipping runs exclusively via DHL, within 1-3 working days.
Running the account
Prices, offers, account quality metrics and the response to changes in the category, with a monthly report.
Who this service is for
We work with cosmetics manufacturers and distributors who have a ready beauty range and want to sell in a premium setting without building their own shop in every market. We change the most where:
Your catalogue sits in cosmetics, dermocosmetics, fragrance or skincare and matches the Douglas profile.
Every product has an EAN and the data the GPSR requires, or they can be added quickly.
Your margin carries shipping to the markets you pick, and in Germany and Poland delivery runs exclusively through DHL within 1-3 days.
You can run customer service in the language of the market, because under FBM the seller ships the order.
