In brief

Kaufland.pl commission ranges from 4% to 12%. Furniture, lighting, kitchen and home, and sport pay 10%, with no price thresholds and no fee caps.

The fee base is the gross price including shipping and VAT. The Basic plan at PLN 175 (EUR 40.11) or Plus at PLN 260 (EUR 59.59) net a month covers all markets and includes PLN 130 (EUR 29.79) for advertising.

On Kaufland.de, home categories cost 3-5 percentage points more, so price your German listings separately.

Below you will find the rates in every category, the extra fees, the differences between Kaufland.pl and Kaufland.de, and a worked example for a PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) product.

What Kaufland commission is calculated on

Kaufland charges commission on the gross selling price, which includes shipping costs and VAT. The base is the full amount the buyer pays. If a product costs PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) and the buyer pays PLN 15 (EUR 3.44) for delivery, a 10% rate means PLN 11.50 (EUR 2.64) in commission. Free shipping cuts the base to the product price alone, but the parcel then comes out of your margin.

Kaufland subscription and fixed fees

The price list offers two subscription plans. Basic costs PLN 175 (EUR 40.11) net a month and Plus PLN 260 (EUR 59.59) net, with VAT added to both. Each plan includes PLN 130 (EUR 29.79) a month for Sponsored Product Ads campaigns.

One fee gives you access to every Kaufland market. It is billed in the currency of a sales channel, and you choose which channel Kaufland charges it to. If you sell in Poland and Germany, you pay once, in zloty or in euro.

Besides the subscription, the price list names a few fees that are easy to miss:

  • discount coupons: creating them is free, and each redeemed coupon costs PLN 2 (EUR 0.46) for products under PLN 400 (EUR 91.67) and PLN 4 (EUR 0.92) for products over PLN 400,
  • EPR Service: EUR 1.90 (PLN 8.29) a month per product category, plus environmental fees,
  • Media: PLN 3 (EUR 0.69) per item sold on top of the 9% commission,
  • Growth Coach: EUR 399 (PLN 1,740.96) a month on a 6-month contract, an optional service.

The EPR fee grows with the number of product categories you sell in. With a wide range, work it out before you launch, because you pay it every month whatever your sales. Coupons only cost you when a buyer redeems one, so they are easy to test on a small set of products. Growth Coach is optional.

Shipping and Fulfillment by Kaufland

On Kaufland you ship orders yourself or through your own logistics provider. Kaufland runs a Fulfillment by Kaufland programme but does not publish its prices: the FBK seller documentation page returns a 404 error, and the conditions page lists no fulfilment fees (checked 21.09.2026). You have to agree the FBK cost directly with Kaufland. We compare a platform warehouse with an external provider in our article on fulfilment and 3PL.

Advertising: Sponsored Product Ads

The subscription includes PLN 130 (EUR 29.79) a month for Sponsored Product Ads. The conditions do not say how campaigns above that amount are billed, so in the example we treat advertising as a share of turnover.

Returns

The Kaufland price list does not say whether the commission goes back to the seller when goods are returned.

Kaufland.pl vs Kaufland.de: commission rates compared

Germany is more expensive. If you sell on both Kaufland.pl and Kaufland.de, expect higher commission on the German side. Kaufland uses one shared rate column for Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. In home categories you pay 13-14% there, against 9-10% in Poland. As in Poland, commission is charged on the gross price with shipping and VAT.

Example: a PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) product and what you keep

Take a table lamp from the Lighting group at PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) gross, with free shipping for the buyer. Commission in this group is 10%, and the base is the price alone, because the buyer pays nothing for delivery.

  1. Price excluding VAT (Polish VAT is 23%): 100 / 1.23 = PLN 81.30.
  2. Kaufland commission (10% of PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) gross): PLN 10.00.
  3. Your parcel cost: PLN 12, (EUR 2.75) as in the calculator’s default settings.
  4. Left before product cost, advertising and subscription: 81.30 − 10.00 − 12.00 = PLN 59.30 (EUR 13.59).
  5. With advertising at 5% of turnover (PLN 5 (EUR 1.15)), PLN 54.30 (EUR 12.44) is left.

If the buyer paid PLN 12 (EUR 2.75) for shipping, commission would rise to PLN 11.20 (EUR 2.57), because the base would be PLN 112. You spread the PLN 175 (EUR 40.11) subscription across all orders in a month, and pay it once if you sell on several markets. Run your own scenario, with order volume and returns, in the calculator.

See what you keep on Kaufland. Enter the price, product cost and shipping. The calculator adds commission on the price with delivery plus the subscription, and shows the result next to Allegro and Amazon.
