Amazon.pl commission and fees in 2026: rates, FBA and an example

On Amazon.pl, Amazon’s Polish marketplace, home categories carry a commission of 6% to 10% on every sale. On top comes the selling plan fee: PLN 165.91 (EUR 38.02) net a month on the Professional plan or PLN 4 (EUR 0.92) net per unit on the Individual plan. If Amazon handles your shipping, an FBA fee applies to every parcel.

In brief

Amazon.pl commission depends on the category, usually 6-15% with a minimum of PLN 1 (EUR 0.23) per unit. In Home Products it is 8% up to PLN 85 (EUR 19.48) and 10% above that price.

Add the Professional plan at PLN 165.91 (EUR 38.02) net a month, or PLN 4 (EUR 0.92) net per unit on the Individual plan, which only pays off at low volumes.

From 1 July 2026 FBA costs PLN 3.04 (EUR 0.70) to PLN 4.37 (EUR 1.00) per unit plus a 1.5% fuel and logistics surcharge, and on a refund Amazon keeps 20% of the commission, up to PLN 20.

Below you find the category rates, the price threshold rules, which work differently on Amazon than on Polish platforms, FBA costs from 1 July 2026 and the numbers for a PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) product.

Price thresholds and the “portion of the price”: reading the Amazon.pl commission table

The Amazon.pl price list has two different types of threshold, and they are easy to confuse. The first applies to the full price. In Home Products an item at PLN 85 (EUR 19.48) pays 8%, or PLN 6.80 (EUR 1.56), while an item at PLN 86 (EUR 19.71) pays 10% of the whole amount, or PLN 8.60. If your price sits just above the threshold, cutting it by one zloty can lower the commission by almost PLN 2.

The second type is a rate “on the portion of the price”, which works like a tiered income tax. For a laptop at PLN 3,000 (EUR 687.55) you pay 3% on the first PLN 2,000 (EUR 458.37) and 1.5 (EUR 0.34)% on the remaining PLN 1,000, (EUR 229.18) PLN 75 (EUR 17.19) in total.

The PLN 1 (EUR 0.23) minimum commission kicks in on cheap products. For a PLN 10 (EUR 2.29) gadget in a category with an 8% rate you pay PLN 1, (EUR 0.23) so effectively 10%. Media are the exception: books, music, films, software and games have no minimum, but Amazon adds a fixed closing fee of PLN 3 (EUR 0.69) or PLN 4 (EUR 0.92) per unit.

The fees page does not say outright whether shipping paid by the buyer counts towards the commission base. In the Beauty category the threshold refers to the “total price”. Check this in Seller Central at your first settlement if you ship yourself and charge for delivery.

Professional or Individual selling plan

Amazon has two selling plans. The Professional plan costs PLN 165.91 (EUR 38.02) net a month, while the Individual plan has no subscription but charges PLN 4 (EUR 0.92) net for every item sold. The sales commission is the same on both plans. The maths is simple: at 42 units sold a month, the Individual fees (PLN 168 (EUR 38.50)) exceed the Professional subscription. If you plan regular sales for your brand, base your costs on the Professional plan from the start.

Peak season starts in October. The rate card sets peak fulfilment fees for 15.10.2026-14.01.2027 only for sales in the UK and Germany, so on Amazon.pl a standard parcel up to 900 g still costs PLN 3.80 (EUR 0.87). Storage does go up, charged at rates from €29.23 per m³. Before you send Christmas stock to the warehouse, work out how many cubic metres it will take up and how fast it will sell, because every month it sits there is billed at the higher rate. When your own warehouse or a logistics operator works out cheaper is covered in our article on fulfilment and 3PL.

The Low-Price FBA programme cuts the fee to PLN 1.68 (EUR 0.39)-1.86 if the product costs up to PLN 85 (EUR 19.48) including VAT and belongs to selected categories.

Advertising on Amazon: how you are billed

Sponsored Products work on an auction model: you pay per click (CPC) and set the bid yourself. The seller pages give no minimum cost per click or minimum budget, so in the example we count advertising as a percentage of revenue.

Refunds: how much Amazon.pl commission you get back

When you refund a buyer, Amazon charges a refund administration fee. It is 20% of the sales commission, but no more than PLN 20. On a PLN 10 (EUR 2.29) commission the fee is PLN 2.

From 1 July 2026, for Clothing and Shoes sold via FBA, Amazon also charges a returns processing fee equal to 50% of the fulfilment fee. How to reduce returns in these categories is covered in our piece on returns in e-commerce.

Example: what is left from a PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) product

Take a bathroom organiser in Home Products at PLN 100 (EUR 22.92) gross, shipped via FBA in a standard parcel up to 900 g. The price exceeds the PLN 85 (EUR 19.48) threshold, so the commission is 10% of the full price.

  1. Revenue excluding VAT: PLN 100 (EUR 22.92)/ 1.23 = PLN 81.30.
  2. Sales commission: 10% × PLN 100 (EUR 22.92)= PLN 10.00.
  3. FBA fee: PLN 3.80 (EUR 0.87)+ 1.5% fuel surcharge = PLN 3.86.
  4. Left before cost of goods, advertising and subscription: 81.30 − 10.00 − 3.86 = PLN 67.44 (EUR 15.46).
  5. With advertising at 5% of revenue (PLN 5, (EUR 1.15) the calculator default), PLN 62.44 (EUR 14.31) is left.

You spread the PLN 165.91 (EUR 38.02) subscription across all orders in the month. On the Individual plan you deduct PLN 4 (EUR 0.92) from this unit instead. If you sold the same organiser at PLN 84, (EUR 19.25) you would pay 8% commission, or PLN 6.72. So check whether a price just above the threshold really pays off for you. We cover pricing around thresholds in more depth in our piece on marketplace pricing strategy.

How much will you keep on Amazon.pl? Enter the price and category and tick FBA. The calculator applies the price threshold, the PLN 1 (EUR 0.23) minimum, the fulfilment fee with fuel surcharge and the subscription, then compares the result with other platforms.
