Base.com (Baselinker) from scratch: configuring the integrator in 7 steps

Seven steps from an empty account to the first order that flows in on its own, with the 2026 price list and what it comes to at 1,000 orders a month.

In short

Base.com (Baselinker until May 2025) runs orders, inventory, products, shipping and invoicing from one panel, with more than 2,000 ready-made integrations.

A first setup takes seven steps, from the account and the sales channels through product data and stock synchronisation to couriers, invoicing and Automatic Actions.

Business costs 279 PLN a month plus 0.99 PLN per order, so 1,000 orders come to 1,269 PLN, 84% more than in mid-2024, and above 5,000 orders you negotiate Enterprise terms.

If you sell on several marketplaces and in your own shop at the same time, sooner or later you hit a wall: multiple panels, orders copied by hand, stock levels drifting apart. Base.com, still widely known by its old name Baselinker, is the integrator most Polish sellers run their orders and listings on. It plays the role Channable or plentymarkets play elsewhere in Europe.

Below you get the seven steps of a first setup, what the platform connects to, and what it costs on the 2026 price list.

What Base.com is

Base.com is an e-commerce management system where you run orders, inventory, products, shipping and invoicing from a single panel, no matter how many channels you sell on. The platform is built on four pillars: order management (OMS), warehouse (WMS), products (PIM) and accounting (ERP). More than 30,000 companies use the system, it is available in 14 countries, and the orders it handles come from 180.

Baselinker is now Base.com: what changed

The name is the first thing that trips people up. In May 2025 Baselinker rebranded to Base.com, and most sellers in Poland still say the old name in conversation.

Accounts, data, settings and integrations carried over untouched, so the change reached the logo and the domain. Your configuration stayed as it was. An older guide that still talks about Baselinker panels describes the same product.

What Base.com integrates with

The strength of the platform is the scale of integrations: more than 2,000 ready-made connections. In practice, this means:

  • marketplaces including Allegro, which dominates e-commerce in Poland the way Amazon does further west, plus Amazon, eMAG, eBay, OLX and many others (over 400 integrations),
  • online stores including PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify, Shoper, Magento/Adobe Commerce,
  • courier companies such as Poczta Polska, InPost, DPD, DHL, UPS (nearly 380 integrations),
  • accounting and the rest include integrations with invoicing systems, KSeF and operational tools.

Importantly, the plans do not limit the number of connected integrations or accounts. You can link several accounts of the same marketplace or courier.

Setting up Base.com in seven steps

This is the order we work in on a new account. Each step has to hold before the next one is worth starting.

1

Account and plan

Open the account and pick the plan. Freemium covers up to 100 orders a month. The 14-day trial opens every module without card details, which is enough to test one channel end to end.

2

Sales channels

Connect the sales channels. Every marketplace account and every shop gets its own connection, and you can link several accounts of the same channel, for example two Allegro accounts under one company.

3

Product data

Bring in the product data. Import the catalogue into Product Manager and match it by EAN or SKU. Decide here which fields Base.com owns and which stay in your ERP or PIM, because split ownership of fields is what later causes overwrites.

4

Stock and prices

Set stock and price synchronisation. Choose one source of truth for stock, set the refresh interval, and keep a buffer on products that sell on several channels at once.

5

Couriers

Add couriers and shipping rules. Connect the carriers you use and map each marketplace delivery method onto one of them. Print a test label before you go live, sender data included.

6

Invoicing

Connect invoicing. Link the accounting system, set the numbering and the moment an invoice is issued, and confirm the KSeF flow if you invoice from a Polish entity.

7

Automatic Actions

Write the Automatic Actions, then test on real orders. Status changes, messages to buyers, invoices and labels run on rules you set. Put the first orders through with the rules on and the notifications open, then widen the automation once nothing surprises you.

In practice steps three and four take the longest, because they depend on the state of your product data rather than on the integrator.

The modules you use every day

Base.com saves the most time where manual work usually piles up:

  • Order Manager gathers all orders from every channel in one view, together with invoices, labels and dispatches.
  • Product Manager and Warehouse provide a single product database from which you list offers to any channel.
  • Marketplace Manager handles bulk listing and editing of offers, multi-variant offers, synchronisation of stock and prices.
  • Automatic Actions are the core of automation: status changes, customer emails and text messages, issuing invoices, dispatching parcels and printing labels happen on their own according to rules you set.
  • Price automation (repricing) adjusts prices to the market with margin protection.
  • Base Connect is B2B collaboration: connecting with wholesalers, suppliers and fulfilment, including dropshipping scenarios.
  • AI for e-commerce handles automatic listing, generates names, descriptions and translations, matches categories and removes photo backgrounds.

Pricing: model and plans

Base.com bills by the number of completed orders, on top of a fixed monthly fee. The plans below are net, as of September 2026:

  • Freemium costs nothing up to 100 orders a month, with the modules and the AI features available.
  • Business is 279 PLN (approx. €65) a month plus 0.99 PLN per order, which comes to 1,269 PLN (approx. €295) at 1,000 orders a month, with products and accounts unlimited, real-time synchronisation, a repricer and Base Connect.
  • Enterprise starts above 5,000 orders or 1 million PLN (approx. €230,000) of monthly GMV. The price is agreed individually, with an SLA and a named account manager.

The trial runs 14 days, covers every feature and asks for no card details. Apilo gives 21 days and Sellasist 30, which is worth knowing if you are testing more than one tool at the same time.

What changed in 2026

The price list moved three times in two years. December 2024 took the paid plan to 99 PLN a month plus 0.69 PLN per order, December 2025 to 149 PLN plus 0.79 PLN, and the 2026 list stands at 279 PLN plus 0.99 PLN per order.

At 1,000 orders a month that comes to 1,269 PLN (approx. €295). The same volume cost 689 PLN (approx. €160) in mid-2024, so the bill is 84% higher two years on.

The other end of the list matters as much. Above 5,000 orders or 1 million PLN of monthly GMV you leave the published price behind and negotiate Enterprise terms one on one.

If the rises are what brought you here, the field is compared in alternatives to Base.com and in the overview of e-commerce integrators in Poland.

Why it pays off when you sell on multiple channels

The benefit is simple: one panel instead of a dozen logins, full control of stock and prices across all channels at once, and automation of repetitive work that, as you scale, can consume an entire team. If you’re thinking about expansion to further marketplaces or markets, it gives you a foundation, so adding a new channel comes down to configuration, with no need to build a process from scratch.

How we help you set it up

Base.com is one of our daily tools. We configure the account, write the Automatic Actions, connect marketplaces with your shop and warehouse, and put product data in order before the first offer goes out.

Where the data is in good shape we publish tens and sometimes hundreds of offers a day, and we can tell you how fast your catalogue will move before the engagement starts. The same setup carries the German and Austrian channels if you sell into the Poland to DACH corridor.
