Is there an alternative to Base.com?

Base.com has raised its prices three times in two years. We compare Sellasist, Apilo, xSale and SellIntegro at 500 to 5,000 orders a month and say when a migration pays. Position as of September 2026.

In short

Base.com, still known as Baselinker, raised its prices three times: at 1,000 orders a month the Business plan costs 1,269 PLN, 84% more than in mid-2024.

Sellasist is the closest like-for-like replacement, Apilo makes sense with Shoper, xSale suits a company built around Comarch ERP, and SellIntegro is an ERP connector rather than a full OMS.

Migration has its own price: remapping listings, rebuilding automations and running two systems in parallel, so check coverage, what travels with you and the price at next year's volume first.

Alternatives to Base.com (Baselinker): where to move and when it pays

Base.com, still widely known by its old name Baselinker, is the integrator most Polish sellers run their orders and listings on. It plays the role Channable or plentymarkets play elsewhere in Europe.

Its price list has risen three times in two years, and that is what sends most teams looking for a replacement. The four platforms below are the ones that come up in that search.

All of them are built for the Polish market, so they carry Allegro, which dominates e-commerce in Poland the way Amazon does further west, along with local couriers and Polish invoicing.

What Base.com costs after three price rises

Start from the number you are trying to beat. December 2024 took the paid plan to 99 PLN a month plus 0.69 PLN per order, December 2025 to 149 PLN plus 0.79 PLN, and the 2026 list stands at 279 PLN (approx. €65) plus 0.99 PLN per order.

At 1,000 orders a month that comes to 1,269 PLN (approx. €295). The same volume cost 689 PLN (approx. €160) in mid-2024, so the bill is 84% higher two years on.

ApiloSubscription plans, nothing per orderFlat inside a plan, you move up when a plan limit bindsOwned by Shoper since 2024 and now part of the cyber_Folks group, with more than 650 integrations. Plans cap the number of offers, so measure the cap against your catalogue rather than your order count.
SellasistSubscription plansFlat inside a planThe warehouse module (WMS) is licensed separately. Support runs through a form staffed between 8am and 4pm, so the entry plan carries no phone line.
xSaleSubscription quoted per implementationDepends on the quoteThe contract runs for 12 months, so the choice binds you for a year. It comes from Futuriti, a Comarch implementation partner, which shows in how far the ERP support goes.
SellIntegroLicence per connectorDepends on how many connectors you needIt links your ERP (Subiekt, Comarch, WAPRO, enova) to sales channels rather than replacing the integrator. The product that stands in for Base.com one for one is SellRocket, from the same company.

Base.com scores 2.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot across about 700 reviews, and the split is telling: 57% one star, 36% five stars. The complaints are about price, the praise is about stability and support.

Trial periods differ too. Base.com gives 14 days, Apilo 21 and Sellasist 30, which is usually enough to run one channel end to end before you commit.

Apilo, Sellasist, xSale and SellIntegro publish no per-order rate, so their columns describe the billing model rather than a figure. Sellasist

Sellasist has grown popular for its feature set and pricing. It is the closest thing to a like-for-like replacement for Base.com. Highlights:

  • A subscription that does not grow with every order, which is what shows at high volumes.
  • A warehouse module (WMS), licensed separately from the main subscription.
  • Support through a form, staffed between 8am and 4pm, with no phone line in the entry plan.
  • A flexible API and the option to tailor the software to your needs.
  • Integrations with major shop platforms: WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware, Sellingo (the vendor’s own shop), Shoper, IdoSell, Shopify and others.
  • Integrations with the Comarch, Symfonia, Subiekt and Enova ERP systems.
  • Access to a large pool of wholesalers.

xSale

xSale is another platform with a broad e-commerce toolkit. It suits companies looking to automate their sales processes and run several channels at once. It comes from Futuriti, a Comarch implementation partner. Its main points:

  • Advanced automation of sales processes.
  • Integrations with sales channels including Allegro, Amazon, eBay, eMAG, Zalando, Empik, Erli and Decathlon.
  • Futuriti specialises in running and maintaining systems built on Comarch ERP, so support on that side is thorough.
  • The company says it is the only one on the market delivering ready-to-use turnkey integrations.
  • The xSale team also supplies a WMS for ERP systems.
  • A straightforward interface, suitable for companies of any size.
  • A contract that runs for 12 months, so the decision binds you for a year.

Apilo

Apilo has been owned by Shoper since 2024 and now sits inside the cyber_Folks group, so the “new player” label it carried a few years ago no longer fits. It offers more than 650 integrations and pairs naturally with a Shoper shop, which is the case where it saves you the most configuration.
The main features of Apilo:

  • The option to build custom integrations and solutions.
  • Flexible tools for managing stock, prices and orders.
  • Integrations with sales channels including Allegro, Amazon, eBay, eMAG, Modivo, Empik, Erli, Etsy and Kaufland.
  • Integrations with the Comarch, Symfonia, Subiekt and Enova ERP systems.
  • Analytics to monitor and improve sales.
  • Plans that cap the number of offers, so the limit to check is the size of your catalogue rather than your order count.

SellIntegro

The name is worth getting right, because a garbled version of it circulates online. SellIntegro connects ERP systems with marketplaces, shops and couriers, so it fills the gap between your accounting and your sales channels.

That makes it a different kind of product from the three above. It works best where the ERP is the centre of the operation:

  • Connectors for the ERP systems most Polish companies already run: Subiekt, Comarch, WAPRO and enova.
  • Orders, stock levels and documents flowing between the ERP and the sales channels.
  • Licensing per connector, so the cost follows the number of links rather than the number of orders.

If you want a one for one replacement for Base.com from the same company, that product is SellRocket.

When switching integrator pays off

Migration has a price of its own. You remap listings, rebuild automations, move order history and run both systems in parallel for a few weeks, which means a month of double cost and a team doing the work twice.

Three things decide whether that is worth it:

  • Coverage. Check that the new tool carries every channel and every courier you use today, plus the system you invoice from. One missing connector turns into manual work that outlives the saving.
  • What travels with you. Ask what happens to order history, invoice numbering and the automation rules. Whatever stays behind in the old panel still has to be reachable for accounting.
  • The price at next year’s volume. Compare the plans at the volume you expect in twelve months rather than today. A per-order model looks cheap at 300 orders a month and decides the bill at 3,000.

One threshold has no way back. Once you pass 5,000 orders or 1 million PLN (approx. €230,000) of monthly GMV on Base.com, you move to individually negotiated Enterprise terms, and from there you no longer have a public price list to compare against. That comparison is easier to make before you cross the line.

In summary

Sellasist is the closest like-for-like replacement. Apilo makes sense when you already run Shoper, xSale suits a company built around Comarch ERP, and SellIntegro answers a different question, the one about the gap between your ERP and your channels.

If the plan is to stay on Base.com and pay for it with fewer hours instead, the setup is described step by step in Base.com from scratch. The wider field, IdoSell included, is in e-commerce integrators in Poland. To check whether a channel carries its own cost at all, use the ROI calculator.
