How to integrate with the Super-Pharm marketplace

Super-Pharm Partner from the inside: a partner model rather than an open marketplace, beauty and health categories, commission agreed individually and integration through Mirakl Connect, an integrator or the API. Check whether your brand fits.

In short

Super-Pharm Partner is a partner model rather than an open marketplace: the seller in front of the customer is Super-Pharm, and the partner is responsible for the goods and the shipping.

Cosmetics, dermocosmetics, supplements and beauty categories fit, medicines and pharmacy products stay outside the programme.

Commission and terms are agreed individually in onboarding, and the integration runs through Mirakl Connect, an integrator such as Base.com or the API.

Super-Pharm is one of the best-known health and beauty brands in Poland, a rare combination of pharmacy, drugstore and perfumery under one roof. Since 2024 the brand has been opening its e-commerce to third-party products. For many cosmetics and health companies that sounds like a new sales channel. Before you count the potential, understand how the arrangement actually works here, because it differs from a classic marketplace. This guide shows what integrating with Super-Pharm Marketplace looks like in practice.

Integrating with Super-Pharm Marketplace: Super-Pharm in brief

The first Super-Pharm store opened in Warsaw in 2001. The three-in-one concept of pharmacy, drugstore and perfumery still sets the brand apart. The superpharm.pl online shop has been running since 2012, and the chain now has around 75 stores in the largest Polish cities (source: superpharm.pl). It is positioned as premium, with strong dermocosmetics and skincare categories and a loyal customer base. The marketplace runs on Mirakl, the same technology as Empik, Decathlon and OBI.

How Super-Pharm's marketplace works

A clarification helps here, because it is easy to misread. Super-Pharm runs a programme called Super-Pharm Partner. It is not a classic open 3P marketplace in the style of Allegro, where you are the seller in front of the customer. In the Super-Pharm model the party to the sales contract remains Super-Pharm. The partner ships its own goods directly to the customer (products marked “shipped by Partner”). The shop terms in force since 5 May 2025 put it that way formally (source: superpharm.pl/regulamin-sklepu). In practice this is a partner model, closer to supplying a retail chain than to running your own sales account. That is the key point at the start.

Which products fit, and what you will not sell here

Super-Pharm is interested in companies from health and beauty and adjacent categories. The best fits are:

  • cosmetics and dermocosmetics,
  • face, body and hair care,
  • make-up and fragrance,
  • health, supplements and hygiene,
  • lifestyle categories tied to beauty and wellness.

Medicines and strictly pharmacy products sit outside the partner programme. The Super-Pharm pharmacy operates under a separate legal regime and separate terms. If your brand makes cosmetics or supplements, you are in the right place. If your products need a pharmacy licence, that is a different route.

Who can become a partner, and what onboarding looks like

Super-Pharm is selective about the brands it takes on and looks for quality and well-run brands. The first step is a partner questionnaire, where you provide, among other things (source: Super-Pharm announcement):

  • basic information about the company and the contact person,
  • the number of SKUs and the categories in your range,
  • the brands you want to offer,
  • the marketplaces you already sell on.

Super-Pharm then verifies the application. The detailed terms, including the documents required and the product data specification, are agreed individually during onboarding. Only after acceptance do you register in the seller panel, enter the required company details, adapt your product data to the platform’s requirements (sellers get a detailed set of instructions on formatting and retouching photos, and your product attributes have to match the ones Super-Pharm requires) and configure the shipping and return methods and regions you can offer. So confirm the formal requirements directly when you apply, rather than working from general assumptions.

Commissions and fees

Super-Pharm does not publish a price list or commission rates for the partner programme. It talks about partnership terms and transparency, and you learn the details after making contact. That is normal in a curated model, where terms are matched to the brand and the category. Confirm the current rules on the official partner page and in conversation with the Super-Pharm team. How commission and fees compare with other platforms is set out in our comparison of marketplace commissions.

Logistics and product data

Since the partner ships the goods, logistics sit on your side. Packing, dispatch, and meeting Super-Pharm’s service standards are on you. The platform offers no fulfilment of its own for partners, so you pack yourself or through an external logistics operator. When an order covers products from several partners, or from a partner and Super-Pharm itself, each part goes out as a separate delivery. Product data requirements (EAN codes, attributes, catalogue format) are set during implementation. That is the market standard, and its exact shape is confirmed in onboarding. Whatever the platform, remember the general EU requirements for cosmetics as well, including CPNP notification and a responsible person.

Super-Pharm chose Mirakl as the technology behind its marketplace, which gives you several quick routes in. Mirakl Connect syncs your product catalogue with existing product cards in the system and keeps the technical barriers low. Base.com, a widely used integrator, adds new products to the Super-Pharm catalogue and syncs stock and prices with your own ERP and other marketplaces.

Why this is an interesting direction for beauty brands

Super-Pharm’s strength is the brand itself and customer loyalty. 25 years on the market, premium positioning in health and beauty, and a steadily developed omnichannel strategy. That includes q-commerce with partners such as Glovo and Bolt Food, where the beauty category grows in double digits (source: superpharm.pl, trade interviews). For a cosmetics brand with a strong product, that is a chance to sit alongside a trusted, quality chain. It works if you go in with your eyes open, understanding that the model is a partnership.

How Commercraft helps

Setting up and maintaining the integration takes ongoing care for the relationship with the platform and its customers. Platforms change things regularly, and a seller who is slow to react can lose visibility, or have the account deactivated altogether.

We help beauty and health brands prepare to work with Super-Pharm. We put the product data and the catalogue in order. We arrange the shipping logistics, take you through onboarding and talks with the chain, and then help grow sales through the promotional tools the platform offers.
